From the day we break ground until the moment you receive your keys, the entire team at CityScape works to make sure your home is just the way you want it. Throughout construction we will keep you informed with regular updates on the progress of your new home.
This is your opportunity as the home buyer to walk through your home before the walls start going up with your builder. They will point out to you exactly what is in your home. You will be able to get a good visual picture of what your house will look like as the walls start to take shape and everything is framed out. Things like your custom selections, wiring and plumbing will all be pointed out to you. This is a great question and answer time also as you will be getting one on one time with your builder.
Our Orientation Meeting will take place a couple of days before you close on your new home. We will walk through your completed home with you and explain everything so that you will be able to enjoy your home for years to come.
